Description

Working in a university today presents challenges with being financially responsible, often through limited resources, while leading the charge of a cohesive website user experience. As web specialists, we find our given is the marcom tech stack we've invested time and money in. Our variable is how we work.

While there is no perfect solution to managing website content production, today we are seeking ways to adapt and grow a thriving editor community. Gonzaga University, a Jesuit Catholic institution located in Spokane, Washington, implemented a hybrid editor model that blends a centralized marketing web team and a distributed editor pool.

Our presentation will explore how a university-wide hybrid editor model functions, including the challenges and benefits. We'll share resources for building an "ideal model" and talk about our real-life experience of implementing that model when circumstances and resources don't align with the ideal.

Join us and build your own tool kit of practical ideas for creating a flourishing team and fine-tuning and elevating your work.
