• 45-minute presentation in the partner track, including complimentary registration for one (1) presenter.

Accessibility partner - $5,000 (1 available)

Each year, HighEdWeb responds to attendees’ needs for ASL and Braille translation, as well as other accessibility needs. Your support allows us to create a welcoming environment for all members of our community.

Benefits

• Website, social media and conference email recognition as well as in-app acknowledgement provided during the Annual Conference.

Visual communication partner - $5,000 (1 available)

Make it possible for HighEdWeb to record, process, archive and make accessible the video recordings from the conference.The partnership is noted with the use of name and/or logo in each 2024 conference video posted to the HighEdWeb Professional Development Library website post-conference.

Benefits

• Your support will be visible each time members view the recordings on the HIghEdWeb site. Verbal acknowledgement and signage are also provided during the Annual Conference.

Big Social Event partner - $5,000 (1 available)
includes transportation sponsorship

The Big Social Event is the premier event for our attendees on Tuesday evening. Your support helps us celebrate a successful conference and share our host city with attendees. This sponsorship includes recognition as the transportation partner helping to ensure our attendees will travel safely to the Big Social Event.

• Display of sponsor-provided banner at event venue.
• Opportunity to have registered-attendee sponsor representatives act as greeters at the transport pickup site and at entrance to the event.

Keynote partner - $5,000 (1 available)

One of the most popular sessions of the Annual Conference! Past keynotes have featured stars and geniuses who have inspired attendees to continue to improve the state of the web in higher education.

This sponsorship offers brand recognition and the opportunity to showcase your company on the big screen prior to the speaker’s introduction. Benefits:

• Opportunity to display up to a 90-second video on your company prior to the introduction of the keynote speaker.
• Distribution of sponsor-provided promotional material or item at the entrance of the theater prior to the keynote (provided by sponsor.)

Sponsor one of the daily meals, either breakfast or lunch.

• Sponsor-provided logo placard on tables provided at selected sponsored meal.

• Reserved table for sponsor attendees and guests (up to eight individuals) at the selected sponsored meal.

Inclusivity sponsor $3,000 (1 available)

Reflect our values and promote inclusion and diversity in higher education.

This is an opportunity to sponsor attendance for people from diverse backgrounds within the local region where the conference will be held. The sponsor contribution will pay for a number of full registrations to be offered to underrepresented audiences, with awardees selected by HighEdWeb.

Community care sponsor $2,000 (2 available)

Support essential spaces that give our community members security, safety and privacy to meet their personal needs while achieving their professional development goals at the conference. These spaces may include a mother’s room, gender-inclusive restrooms, prayer room and quiet work space.

Acknowledgement will be provided on the conference website, in app, conference slides and announced during Monday’s lunch. Logo on signage in the registration area and outside or within each space will also recognize your contribution.

Poster session - $1000 (15 available)

Poster presentations are online and released during the week leading up to the HighEdWeb Annual Conference. These short video presentations are an excellent opportunity to showcase that cool new project or idea, without the stress of putting together a full 45-minute presentation.

Benefits

• 3-5 minute recorded video presentation. Highlight a project, technology or a cool idea, with a chance to directly interact with poster viewers through chat during the scheduled pre-conference poster hour.
• Poster session listed in the Annual Conference online schedule.
• Presenters or representatives must attend online during the poster hour for Q&A.

Hotel Key $5,000 (1 available)

Ready. Set. Swipe! Sponsor the item that will go into the hands of all conference hotel guests. Your logo will adorn the front of the hotel keycard distributed to attendees at the official conference hotels.

Charging Station $1,000 (2 available)

Reach attendees while they charge their cell phones. Kiosk style charging stations will feature your company's logo and message. Sponsor also receives recognition on event signage.

Hand sanitizer $1,000 (2 available)

Includes company logo and booth number. Show attendees that their health is of the utmost importance. Take part in creating a safe environment for attendees by sponsoring branded hand sanitizer stations at the Convention Center and mini hand sanitizers that will be distributed to attendees during registration.
