HighEdWeb 2024 will take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sept. 22-25 at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

Shipping, freight and special orders
Convention Services of the Southwest, Inc. is managing the shipping and freight; flooring, furniture, signage and other accessories needed in the exhibit hall.
To place an order with Convention Services of the Southwest, send an email to esr@cssabq.com with: The show name (HighEdWeb 2024 Annual Conference), your company name and an email address that you would like a link to be sent to.
The CSS Customer Service Department will send you a secure email link and temporary password to the email address provided so you can access their ordering system.

Sponsor move-in and schedule
- 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. - Sponsor move-in and set-up.
- Register/pick up badges at the Registration desk in the West Main Lobby anytime after 11:00 a.m.
- Convention Services of the Southwest, Inc will have a service desk in the Exhibit Hall during move-in to answer questions about freight, furniture, and ordered other items.
- Lead Retrieval - CompuSystems will have a phone-in help desk available for assistance with any problems related to the lead retrieval app.
