Online sessions
Pre-conference poster sessions
Our online poster sessions will debut in the week leading up to HighEdWeb 2024 Annual Conference. Join us online during your lunch break Tuesday, Sept. 17 from 12 p.m.-1 p.m. MDT to enjoy our live airing of poster sessions in Event Hub. The session presenters will be online during the hour to chat with viewers.
This year’s lineup of poster topics range from content and marketing to accessibility and user testing – and more! Find all the online poster sessions in the conference schedule.
Conference sessions and tracks
Your online registration gives you access to three days of learning with three tracks focusing on:
- Hot topics in higher ed.
- Management, teams and leadership.
- Strategy, content and social media.
You'll also have access to:
- Lightning talks on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
- Encore presentations of our Red Stapler Award winners, showcasing the best-of-track sessions as voted by attendees, on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
- Our inspiring keynote, which will wrap up the conference on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
Session replays
As an online attendee, you get on-demand access to all online track session recordings for at least two weeks. We'll add the recordings as soon as possible after the event. Access the session replays via the event hub through Monday, November 4, 2024.
HighEdWeb paid membership provides unlimited on-demand access to the conference recordings. The Professional Development Library includes all recordings from this event and other HighEdWeb conferences.

Trivia game
On Tuesday, Sept. 24, join us in the Event Hub at 3:15 p.m. for a friendly trivia competition during the afternoon break. You might win a prize!

Share your golden nuggets
Tell us about your golden nuggets (i.e., key takeaways) from the conference for a chance to win a prize! To participate:
- Identify your golden nuggets: Note your key takeaways as the conference progresses.
- Post in Slack: Share a message describing your golden nugget In the #HEWeb24-attendees channel.
- Optional: Start your message with the golden nugget emoji: :golden_nugget: to help us find and enter it into the raffle.
We will randomly select two prize winners from all qualifying entries.
Rules for entry
- Your entry must describe a golden nugget and include your location.
- Your entry must be a new message (not a reply) in the heweb24-attendees Slack channel.
- You must post your entry by 6 p.m. MT (8 p.m. ET) on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
- You may post multiple times, but you will be entered into the drawing only once.
- In-person attendees may post, but only online attendees are eligible for a prize.
