Mandee Englert is head of higher education at JAKALA, where she leads digital strategy, analytics and optimization initiatives for complex university and nonprofit organizations. With a background in higher education and more than two decades of experience designing and evolving large-scale digital platforms, Mandee specializes in analytics strategy, content architecture, governance and AI-enabled measurement. She works closely with institutional leaders to align data and reporting with real decision making, particularly across enrollment, marketing and emerging AI-driven discovery. Mandee is a frequent speaker on analytics maturity, student journey measurement and the future of search and discovery in higher education.
