Olivia is a leader with a passion for education and community development. She is the Executive Director for the West Virginia University at Parkersburg Foundation, where she leads fundraising efforts and cultivates strategic partnerships. Her tenure has seen significant accomplishments, including successful campaign strategies and relationship building within the college and community. Olivia's commitment to community engagement extends beyond her professional roles, as evidenced by her active involvement in organizations such as Downtown PKB and the Chamber of Commerce. With a diverse background in education, marketing and community development, Olivia is dedicated to driving positive change and fostering growth in every endeavor she undertakes.
Concurrently, Olivia is the Dean of Early College and previously worked as faculty in media and communications before becoming the director of public affairs and experiential learning. In 2020, she was named the Bernard P. McDonough Faculty of the Year.
Olivia earned her A.A.S. in journalism and B.A.S.B.A in public relations from WVU Parkersburg, and her master's in integrated marketing communication from West Virginia University. She is a doctoral candidate at Valdosta University pursing a degree in higher education leadership and most recently is working on completing her certificate in fundraising management from the prestigious Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy. She is married to Dylan Reeder and they live in Parkersburg with their two sons, Luke and Logan.
