Jessica leads the communications team at Brown University's Swearer Center for Public Service, where she provides strategic communications leadership, storytelling direction and stewardship support across institutional initiatives. She also directs communications strategy for the Office of Community Engagement and oversees the Community Storytelling Fellowship, mentoring emerging communicators in values-driven narrative practice.

Since joining Brown in 2015, Jessica has held communications roles spanning science communications and university-wide internal strategy, including work with the Division of Finance and Administration and the Office of University Human Resources, where she supported messaging for more than 3,000 employees.

A Rhode Island native, she holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Rhode Island College and a Master of Science in organizational leadership, along with professional certifications in copyediting and graphic design. She currently serves as co-chair of Digital Collegium's Marketing and Communications Committee.
