Biography
she/her
Melanie Lindahl has spent over two decades at UT Austin convincing people that talking to users before building things is actually a good idea. She currently leads UX and project management at Texas Law, where she's known for setting up donut-fueled tables in the atrium to chat with students about their experiences. She's won DigiCol's Best in Conference and Best in Track awards and holds a UX certification from Nielsen Norman Group. She's now experimenting with AI personas, which require far fewer donuts.
