Biography
Colin has spent the last 30 years as a researcher and executive focused on digital user experience. Currently he is a founder and partner at consultancy ZeroDegrees, where he leads strategy engagements with cutting-edge education institutions like Harvard, Babson and Northeastern.
Throughout Colin's career, he has spoken at dozens of conferences where he has presented on behavioral psychology considerations within digital user journeys. Colin has shared these insights in interviews with the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Forbes and many others. He has also been featured in user experience books including "The Persona Lifecycle," "Cost Justifying Usability," "Outside Innovation: How Your Customers Will Co-Design Your Company's Future" and "Institutionalization of Usability."
Colin holds two master's degrees in research-related fields and is a former instructor in Bentley's Human Factors program.
