Description

Agile is a popular methodology for managing projects that involves constant collaboration and working in iterations. Though rooted in software development, Agile offers an array of tools and approaches for getting work done in teams that are just as effective in far less techie contexts. In this session I'll break down what Agile's about, applying concepts like iterative processes, continuous improvement, empowerment and collaboration to the teams and projects I've managed over the years. With practical breakdowns of real-life work examples, you'll come away with an understanding of what you can adopt and share with your teams as well.
