Michael O'Neill is the director of web strategy at the University of Iowa. He's a certified scrum master, scrum product owner, writer and web strategist with a background in digital marketing and a passion for agile transformation and building great teams. He comes to higher ed from a career spent working in, leading, and designing agile teams and organizations from startups to Fortune 50s.
