Before your arrival
We’re excited to meet new friends and reunite with our HighEdWeb community in the vibrant capital city of Little Rock! Learn more about our location and venue, including hotel and transportation options.
Conference and event attire
Conference attire is business casual – with a strong emphasis on the “casual.” Jeans, tees, khakis and comfy kicks are common, too, both during the conference sessions and at evening events. Remember, session rooms can be chilly, so you may want to throw in a sweater for daytime wear.
Little Rock weather
The forecast calls for highs in the upper 70s to mid 80s and lows in the 50s.
The HighEdWeb Annual Conference is committed to providing a safe and streamlined environment for all community members attending in Little Rock. Find out more about event safety and responsibility.
When you arrive
Self parking is available in two municipal garages:
- Convention District Parking Deck (201 Main St. at the corner of 2nd and Main Streets). This garage is two blocks from the Marriott Little Rock and one block from the Statehouse Convention Center.
- Robinson Center Parking Deck (400 W. Markham St. at the corner of Markham and Spring Streets). The garage is three blocks from the Statehouse Convention Center. Located under the Doubletree hotel, this garage also provides their hotel parking.
Attendees who are traveling by air and staying at the Little Rock Marriott can call 501-906-4000 for a complimentary airport shuttle. Select extension 0 to speak with a hotel operator, then ask for shuttle service. The shuttle bus will meet you outside Corridor D in the designated area.
