Before your arrival
COVID-19 safety measures
The HighEdWeb Annual Conference is committed to providing a safe and streamlined environment for all community members attending in Little Rock. All in-person attendees must adhere to local guidelines and are expected to comply with the HighEdWeb Code of Conduct. Find out more about event safety and responsibility.
Little Rock weather
Temperatures tend to be moderate, with average highs in the mid-to-upper 70s and lows in the mid-50s.
Conference and event attire
Conference attire is business casual – with a strong emphasis on the “casual.” Jeans, tees, khakis and comfy kicks are common, too, both during the conference sessions and at evening events. Remember, session rooms can be chilly, so you may want to throw in a sweater for daytime wear.
Volunteer at #HEWeb22
HighEdWeb is made possible every year by our hard-working volunteers. From the planning committee to the programming team to the on-site staff, the Annual Conference happens because amazing pros like you share their time and talents. Awesome, right? We agree, and we’d love you to be a part of making HighEdWeb 2022 come to life!
You can give an hour or two of your time in Little Rock to help with setup and registration check-in, or to help others find their way around the conference. Want to help make #HEWeb22 happen? Modify your registration to note that you’d like to volunteer for this event!
