HEWeb22 Requirements for Attendance

Attendees must adhere to guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Pulaski County for Little Rock at the time of the conference.

If you are at high risk for severe illness, please discuss your travel plans with your healthcare provider and take precautions during the conference such as wearing face masks.

Attendees are encouraged to be up to date on available COVID-19 vaccines if eligible. If you are not vaccinated, you are advised to get tested before and after attending HighEdWeb 2022.

To provide a safe and streamlined environment for all community members in Little Rock, the HighEdWeb Annual Conference is taking the following measures.

  • Individual hand sanitizers will be provided for in-person attendees. Sanitizing stations are also available for use around the Statehouse Convention Center.
  • Face masks will be available throughout the conference upon request at the registration desk and provided for attendees at the Big Social Event.
  • Attendees will be able to clearly indicate personal comfort levels for physical contact during the conference using their name badges.
  • The Welcome Reception and Big Social Event will take place outdoors.
  • Extra seating and spaces will be provided for social distancing around the Statehouse Convention Center.
  • The cancellation policy has been updated to accommodate last-minute change in plans due to COVID-19.

As you attend the conference in person, please keep in mind members of our community who may be immunocompromised or caring for those who are at higher risk for serious illness and comply with the HighEdWeb Code of Conduct.
