Present at the HighEdWeb 2024 North Carolina Conference

HighEdWeb is a community of professionals who share generously and learn openly from one another’s experiences. Whether you’re a first-time presenter or a returning champion, we invite you to submit a proposal.

  • Contribute to the professional body of knowledge.
  • Connect with your web and digital professional community.
  • Spice up your LinkedIn profile (and get kudos from your boss).
  • Receive a waiver on your conference registration.

How to submit a proposal

We know you have lots to contribute to the conversation. Here's how submit your ideas to the HighEdWeb 2024 North Carolina Conference:

  1. Go to the Sessionize Call for Proposals page.
  2. Choose Submit a session. You'll need to choose a login method or create a new account the first time you access the site.
  3. Once you have registered, fill out the information about yourself and your session proposal. Be sure to use an email address you use regularly.
    • If applicable, add the email addresses of any co-presenters to invite them to your proposed session.
  4. Once you have submitted your event proposal, you can submit an additional proposal to the same event OR submit the same proposal to a different HighEdWeb event.
    • To submit an existing proposal to a new event, go to that event’s Call for Proposals page and select “Session from your speaker profile or other event” at the top of the form. Your speaker information and session details will be copied over to the new event, but you can still edit the information.
  5. Celebrate!
    • The program team will review all proposals. They'll connect via email about your next steps.

Get inspired!
