Getting to the Kenan Center at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School

Due to construction on campus, some roads to access UNC Kenan-Flagler are closed. Please review a map outlining road closures and detours before you arrive. To access the Business School parking deck, take Skipper Bowles Drive.

On-Site Parking Passes

Day passes for the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School parking deck are $20. Due to UNC-Chapel Hill policy, this pass is non-refundable. You will be able to purchase a parking pass at time of registration. You may also add a parking desk reservation to your registration later by modifying your conference registration. The deadline to reserve a space in the parking deck is Monday, May 20th.

Parking in the parking deck is the most accessible option for access to the Kenan Center.

On the day of the conference, check in with the lot attendant at the entrance to the parking deck when you arrive. After parking, take the stairs or elevator to the 6th floor and walk across the sky bridge. As you enter the main quad of the Business School campus, the Kenan Center is the building to the left.

Park and Ride: Chapel Hill Transit

The Chapel Hill Transit bus system is free to ride. Park and ride passes ($2/day) can be purchased on site using a meter or Parkmobile app at:

We recommend using Google Maps to outline the best parking location for you, but we suggest parking at Eubanks Road. Take the NS line to the Pittsboro Street at Newman Center stop, and then take the RU line to the Bowles Drive at Smith Center stop.  

The most accessible path to UNC Kenan-Flagler from Skipper Bowles Drive is through the flat lot (Bowles Lot) to the Business School parking deck. From there, take the stairs or elevator to the 6th floor and walk across the sky bridge. As you enter the main quad of the Business School campus, the Kenan Center is the building to the left. This takes approximately 10 minutes.

Alternatively, there is a set of stairs to the right of the Dean E. Smith Center (basketball stadium). The Kenan Center is the building immediately to the left at the top of the stairs.
