Biography
Tom Soto was determined to never leave the college life. He has spent the last 25-ish years involved in Louisiana Tech University. He's held multiple positions from freshman to digital communication manager. As an internationally certified fire instructor, Captain Soto has spent 18+ years volunteering in the community as a first responder.
