Aaron has 18 years experience working with higher education websites, multimedia and digital content. Currently as associate director for content strategy at Harvard University Public Affairs and Communications, Aaron is responsible for the analytics ecosystem that supports the measurement of Harvard's flagship websites, email newsletters and social properties. Aaron uses data to showcase the impact of the Harvard brand through quantitative data analysis and qualitative user testing and feedback, with a goal of supporting the university's central strategic communications goals and improving how Harvard's communications products are developed, enhanced, curated and experienced.
