Sabiha Afrin

Sabiha Afrin is the Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications for American University's School of Public Affairs. She has extensive knowledge in developing largescale marketing campaigns in several advertising agencies and global organizations in the U.S. and abroad. In addition to holding a master's degree in marketing and communications, she has over nine years of experience researching trends, creating cutting-edge strategies & content, and delivering measurable results.

Sabiha's successful record of doubling audience engagement for clients in the education field led her to American University, where in a short period of time, she and her team were nominated for the Staff Performance Award for their work on a universitywide fundraising campaign that far exceeded goals. An integral part of the School of Public Affairs, Sabiha firmly believes that higher education in public affairs and policy shapes the knowledge, skills, and values of our future changemakers.
