Elyse Girard (she/they) is a communications strategist and design director, whose work focuses on higher education and academic research libraries. Elyse’s practice uses an intentional intersectional lens to combine content and design to build inclusive and accessible research and learning experiences. They are currently the Executive Director of Communications and User Experience at the University of Virginia.
