Dr. Hirak Ray is a User Experience Researcher at the University of Virginia. He obtained his PhD in Human-Centered Computing from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. At UVA, he evaluates user experiences with systems and websites, performs user testing sessions which involves mixed methods, and builds a relationship between users and designers.
