Your registration includes a full day of conference presentations, access to sponsor booths and lunch. And there's a welcome event the night before.

HighEdWeb member discount

Paid HighEdWeb members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount. Use the email account associated with your HighEdWeb membership during registration and the discount will be applied automatically. Not sure of your current membership status? Check your Membership Profile.

Not a paid HighEdWeb member yet? Become a member, then register at the discounted rate.

All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please join your institution's membership to activate the discount.

Other discounts

Committee and presenter receive a full registration waiver.

Cancellation policy

Payment for your registration must be received by May 9. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.

Before May 1

If you cancel your paid registration on or before May 9, 2024, you will receive a full refund of registration fees.

Between May 1 and May 9

During this time, cancellations have the following options: Receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.

After May 9

After May 9, you may transfer the registration to another person at your institution. No full refunds will be made for registrations canceled after May 9.

Due to financial commitments (e.g., food and beverage) HighEdWeb must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund fees after a certain date.
