Biography
Tracy Fairless received her Bachelor of Business Administration in business communication from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Arts in organizational communication from Oklahoma State University. She leads a creative team that supports video and graphic design production, digital accessibility, online faculty training and instructional design at the University of Central Oklahoma. Tracy's passion for higher education began in the classroom and evolved into the online learning environment. She has 29 years of classroom and online teaching experience and 17 years in instructional design. Her interests include instructional strategies, learner collaboration and interaction, process improvement, project management and leadership development.
