Our online option offers two days of learning with three tracks focusing on UX/UI, accessibility and design; strategy, content and social media; and lots of other cool stuff! You’ll also get on-demand access to all session recordings in the online tracks for four weeks after the event.

Reunite with your greater digital family for four days of learning, complete with seven tracks, social events and interactions meant to inspire – all in a safe and inclusive environment. Plus, you’ll also get on-demand access to all session recordings in all tracks for four weeks after the event.

Paid HighEdWeb members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a registration discount. Use the email account associated with your HighEdWeb membership during registration and the discount will be applied automatically. Not sure of your current membership status? All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please join your institution’s membership to activate the discount.

Presenter discounts

  • Track session and lightning session presenters received free in-person conference registration.
  • Poster presenters received free online conference registration, applicable to in-person attendance.
  • Workshop facilitators receive free in-person conference registration.

Cancellation policy

Payment for your registration must be received by Sept. 15, 2023. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.

Before Aug. 11, 2023

If you cancel your paid registration on or before Aug. 9, you will receive a full refund of registration fees.

Between Aug. 11 and Sept. 15, 2023

During this time, cancellations have the following options:

  • Receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
  • Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
  • Switch an in-person registration to an online registration and receive a refund for the difference in fee.

After Sept. 15, 2023

After Sept. 15, cancellations have the following options:

  • Transfer the registration to another person at your institution.
  • Switch an in-person registration to an online registration and receive a refund for the difference in registration fee, minus a $100 administrative fee.

No full refunds will be made for registrations canceled after Sept. 15, 2023.

Due to financial commitments (e.g., food and beverage, hotel room nights, transportation and other contractual arrangements) HighEdWeb must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund fees after a certain date.
