Susan Lazenby is the director of web development for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is responsible for paving the way to ensure the website is a vehicle for recruitment, operational and safe by working with the developers and campus on thoughtful and well-planned policies and projects. She has been responsible for working on IT's peer benchmarking, data review and performance excellence, and running the Student Help Desk and campus computer lab. She has worked in higher education since 2007. Susan is from Chattanooga and has a bachelor's degree in humanities and English literature from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
