Brenden has been in higher education for almost two decades. In that time heβs worn all the hats: from designer to developer, from trainer to tech support, from junior to senior (he likes the ones with propellers the most). In his work he brings his analytical and strategic skills to bear in order to fight for the users and keep stakeholders at bay with slide decks and whatever fancy charts the PM tool de rigeur spits out.
