Rebecka leads the Web Support Program at ODU. The WSP group provides web content creation, design, and maintenance support for ODU's colleges, the Division of Academic Affairs, Administration and Finance as well as Student Engagement and Enrollment Services. With over 13 years of design experience, Hall is passionate about exploring innovative and creative design practices while working in the context of higher education.
As an alumna of ODU, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Art, Rebecka has been a part of the Monarch family for over a decade. A Norfolk native and passionate community member, Rebecka hopes to help grow the campus culture of diversity and inclusivity as a past chair and current member of the ITS Women In Technology Committee.
