Laura Barr is the digital content strategist at the University of Rochester, where she specializes in improving usability on the university's Academic Services websites. Laura has been leading the charge in AI search at the university while also managing many analytics, SEO and accessibility projects. Several times a year, Laura provides training for university staff, faculty and students on web writing, accessibility and communication planning.
