HighEdWeb member discount

Paid HighEdWeb members (premium, institutional, affiliate or student) receive a $20 registration discount. Use the email account associated with your HighEdWeb membership during registration and the discount will be applied automatically. Not sure of your current membership status? Not a paid HighEdWeb member yet? Join today, then register for the Accessibility Summit at the discounted rate.

All faculty, staff and students of institutional members also receive the member discount. If you don’t find member pricing when registering, please join your institution's membership to activate the discount.

Cancellation policy

Payment for your registration must be received by July 24, 2023. After that date, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations and offer the seat to someone on the waitlist.

Registrations cannot be transferred, but can be canceled anytime by modifying your registration. Paid registrations canceled before July 24, 2023 will receive a full refund. Paid registrations canceled on or after July 24, 2023 will not be refunded.
