Biography
In the work that Donna does, she is always striving to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Not just by making experiences better for users, but also by “doing good” while attempting to deliver equity to the underserved. She achieves this by uniting cross-functional teams on the users’ needs, product objectives and business goals.
Donna began her career in web design in 1995, where she worked on one of the largest content-based websites. Over the years she has applied her skills to a number of large websites that have evolved in design, technology and content structure. Donna has a Master of Science in INformation Science with a concentration in Usability and Information Architecture. Currently, the President of the Austin, TX chapter of the User Experience Professional Association (UXPA), coordinating monthly seminars to grow, foster and educate the local UX community.
