Melissa is your user experience master, and one of the most curious people you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting. That curiosity allows her to diverge on a wide variety of possibilities at the beginning of a project, and then converge into prospective realities. For her, the blending of research and science with real-world communities is the true core of user experience. And while all of our architects excel at audience testing and website planning, we think Melissa’s expertise in ethnographic research is especially worth noting. She’s applied these skills to such projects as Davison College, UNC School of Education, and Cornell School of Continuing Education. Melissa has a BA in Music with a minor in French from Lynchburg College and completed coursework in Human Computer Interaction at Indiana University.
