Description
On websites with many contributors including faculty, student workers, and others who're new to website accessibility, real-time accessibility feedback in the content management system is vital to ensure ongoing accessibility. Relying on weekly or monthly scans of already published content and retroactive remediation when problems are found increases the ongoing cost and time required to maintain accessibility. This presentation will share ideas for providing accessibility feedback to users in your CMS as they create content, empowering them to fix problems before they hit publish. Live demos will be shown of accessibility feedback and auditing tools built into WordPress, Drupal, and CK Editor.
