Heather Newman is Director of Marketing and Communications at the University of Michigan School of Information, where she oversees the production and maintenance of the school’s many websites and web-related properties, as well as all of its communications, public relations, marketing, media relations and social media. The School of Information has as key areas of focus data analytics, user experience design and information architecture, so our web properties are especially important to us.
