Shelley Keith-Panulla has been leading change in the higher education web governance and content strategy space for more than 20 years. As director of web and digital experience at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, she oversees a multidisciplinary, distributed team responsible for web projects that support recruitment and engagement. A sought-after speaker, Shelley has led sessions and workshops at industry conferences around the world, including HighEdWeb, WPCampus and ContentEd. Dedicated to advancing the field, she's actively involved with the Higher Education Web Professionals Association. She works remotely from Rochester, New York.
