Dr. Marissa Weaver's superpower is that she is a connector of talents. Whether it is facilitating a Gallup CliftonStrengths workshop or helping someone find a job, she just can’t help but connect people’s talents to information, encouragement or a professional/personal connection they need. She has guided participants from CEOs to high school students in becoming better leaders. Her more than 25 years of experience in a variety of industries (higher education, not-for-profit organizations, healthcare, K-12 and consulting with companies of all sizes) offers her a wealth of examples and strategies to help you become the best version of yourself.

A member of Springfield Business Journal’s 2015 Most Influential Women, Dr. Weaver completed her doctorate in educational leadership from University of Missouri-Columbia and has taught adjunct for Missouri State University. She is currently the director of community partnerships for Volt Credit Union where she focuses on helping people meet their goals in life through marketing, public relations and employee development.
