Alan is well known for pushing the boundaries of traditional analytics by measuring the monetary performance of higher education websites. He’s been with BCIT for 18 years and is a Senior Analyst within the Digital Transformation group. He has also spent the last decade consulting with US agencies including Ruffalo Noel-Levitz and Simpson Scarborough, helping universities across North America hone their Google Analytics implementations. He’s a frequent speaker at conferences including EduWeb, HighEdWeb, PSEWEB, and the AMA Symposium on the Marketing of Higher Education.
