Aaron has over 20 years experience working with higher education websites, multimedia and digital content. Currently as Senior Associate Director, Content Strategy at Harvard University Public Affairs and Communications, Aaron is the measurement and analysis champion, working to infuse user research and data analytics back into the editorial, design, development, and overall content strategy of university flagship digital products like the Harvard Homepage ( and The Harvard Gazette news site ( In addition to content strategy, Aaron collaborates with other communities and groups at Harvard that focus on analytics, UX, marketing, etc., and organizes professional development events for digital communicators across the University.
