Creating compelling online experiences requires us to know as much as possible about our target audiences. Identifying the influential members of an online community can help us get much wider exposure for the content we create or the messages we want to convey - but how do we know we're reaching the right people?

In this session we'll explore an analytical - but visual - way of mapping how online influence works, learn how to identify the key people in social media communities, and bring these elements together to provide actionable data on our online audiences.
