There is a lot of talk about generative AI these days and many higher ed teams are trying to figure out how to leverage the technology in their workflows. But there are many risks of using these tools. Bias, hallucinations, copyright issues, etc.

This session will cover many of the risks that you need to be mindful of when leveraging this technology and will help you discover ways to avoid or mitigate many of those risks.

The output you get from generative AI tools has a lot to do with the prompt that you use to make the request. This session will look at a variety of different prompt patterns that can be used, we'll talk about our favorite prompts and will provide a list of resources and best practices.
