Frances Duncan is a senior content strategist at Lullabot, a strategy, design, and Drupal development agency. She's been working on the web for two decades, with a focus on higher education, civic technology, and publishing. Frances has led projects for UMass Amherst, Williams College, Harvard University, and state governments in Iowa and Massachusetts.
