After a jam-packed day full of informational talks relax a little, spend time catching up with old friends, and get to know your peers at our evening social event. Conference attendees are invited to attend a reception Thursday evening from 6–9 p.m. at the Grand Rapids Art Museum.
Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available. Guests will have complimentary access to tour museum exhibits. Docents will be available for guided tours. In addition to the GRAM’s permanent exhibits special exhibitions featuring modern design, and the original illustrations, prints, and drawings of Maurice Sendak (author of Where the Wild Things Are) will be on view.
