Colleges and universities are using this century’s tools to recruit prospective students, as they use last century’s formula to select them. When we talk about design, we often think about pixels. Increasingly, we think about design as it relates to user interfaces and screens. While these have a lot to offer us, there are emerging disciplines of service design & customer experience that have much to offer higher ed beyond the paradigm of enrollment management.
