Description

This session will share experiences, insights, and lessons learned regarding an innovative approach to developing the next generation of leaders to serve as agents of social change by promoting racial equity and social justice in higher education, the workplace, and society. The approach involves engaging students in active learning, personalizing the learning experience, and creating a transformative anti-racist leadership development engagement for undergraduate students. We leverage technology and the arts in a virtual learning space. This is a collaborative initiative between the College of the Liberal Arts, the College of Arts and Architecture, and Teaching and Learning with Technology at Penn State University.
