You’re Not Alone

2020 shone a light on a lot of things. A major one was what it’s truly like for women in the workforce. In 2021 I’ve made a conscious effort to increase conversations and mentorship among women in my office and institution, which brought up the question, “If I could go back in time and mentor myself, what would I say?” This session will share insights, advice, and reminders for all women as we navigate our way through a system not built for us.
