Description

Yield communications are crucial every year — the last effort to convince your accepted students your school is the right one for them. This year, with the uncertainty around financial aid, yield communications are especially important. We want all our students to be prepared to make a decision as soon as they receive their aid packages, so what do we need to be communicating about right now? And, how much of that is information about us vs. information to serve (or even delight!) them?

Join this session to share your yield best practices and ideas, and to participate in a facilitated brainstorm that will fill you with empathetic, audience-first ideas to take back into your email plans right away.

After the session is over, we’ll continue the conversation on our #email-marketing Slack channel. All HighEdWeb members are welcome to join the HighEdWeb Slack Workspace.
