Biography
In her role as the User Services Librarian for HathiTrust, Angelina Zaytsev leads accessibility , front end web development, and user experience projects. She is also the lead of the HathiTrust User Support team, a group of 30+ librarians and staff from HathiTrust member libraries who contribute their time to answering user support requests. She holds a Master of Information Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College.
